Small Works Sale at HD South
Our SMALL WORKS FUND RAISERS have been a great success! Thank you to all of the artists who have participated in the past. We welcome all small works in a variety of mediums. Your 5×7 or slightly larger will be sold for $20 each. GVAL receives $5, HD South $5, and the artist $10. Members will be notified when the next sale is scheduled.
Verena /GVAL Art Exhibit and Sale
Verena at Gilbert (1505 Willis Road, cross street Val Vista), invited GVAL members to participate in a show and sale on November 17th, 2023. There was a limit of 2 artworks each, oil, watercolor, acrylic, mixed media, drawing, or sculpture. The maximum size accepted was 18×24. 80% of the sale price went to the artist and 20% went to GVAL. Publicity and marketing by Verena. A reception was held for the participating artists and several pieces were sold during the sale. We hope to offer this venue to members again in the future. Verena/GVAL Small Works Show and Sale
Our small works show and sale at Verena in Gilbert was held on December 14th. All works sold for $20 cash, $15 going to the artist and $5 to GVAL. Many original paintings were sold. Thank you JoAnn for organizing this venue!
