This reminder is from the Arizona Art Alliance (AAA) for an upcoming show. The deadline of January 15, 2011 for submissions to the next 6 month exhibition phase at Skye Restaurant is fast approaching. Interested artist should send in their submissions soon.
WHAT: This exhibition will be Phase 6 in the Arizona Art Alliance Revolving Exhibitions at this beautiful venue. The duration of this exhibition is from Monday, January 31, 2011 to Monday, August 1, 2011.
WHO CAN SHOW: Submissions are open to AAA juried artists only. No entry fee. A 30% commission on sales of which a portion goes to the SKYE for promoting our artwork to their patrons.
WHAT CAN SHOW: Unfortunately, conditions within the venue prohibit any free standing three dimensional art from being displayed although 3-D wall hanging art is permitted. All accepted art must be wired and able to hang on the walls. Large paintings are encouraged while paintings smaller than 16 x 20 are discouraged. All subject matter, mediums and styles are welcome with high quality and presentation being the only common requirements.
HOW TO SUBMIT ENTRIES: Entries for this exhibition are accepted by email only in high resolution JPG format to Alan Arne at email@example.com . Entries must contain all artist contact information including: name, email address, all phone numbers and street address as well as all information regarding the art piece(s) being submitted, which include: name of the piece, medium of the piece, size of the piece and the price of the piece. As many as 10 images may be submitted and all must be received no later than January 15, 2011.
Artists will be notified after Jan 15 as to which art pieces have and have not been chosen. Venue address, directions and delivery timing will be furnished to those artists that will exhibit.
